What Careers Navigator is
Careers Navigator is a skills and employability learning space where progress is visible, collectable, gamified, and fun.
Young people complete short, practical activities designed by businesses, organisations, and experts in the field. They earn XP! (work experience points) for effort and growth, and collect badges that show what they can do, not just what they’ve been told.
Whether you’re a school, youth organisation, or community programme, Careers Navigator gives you a structured, motivating framework that supports participation, reflection, and confidence with real world outcomes.
SUPPORTING EVERY MIND TO THRIVE
We’re proud to be a trusted choice for families with children who are neurodivergent or who have other special educational needs and disabilities. Our programmes were designed by an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist and a team with lived experience of Autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. Skills can only begin to develop in a space that feels safe, supportive, and built on a foundation of asking questions and acceptance of making mistakes.

Play games, earn badges, and build your confidence, skills and CV in a safe, supportive environment led by an expert tutor where every child can pursue their dreams and cement a thriving future. Perfect for children aged 8-13.
JOIN THE XP! ACADEMY
Join our XP! academy to learn and grow online at your own pace with supportive mentor guidance. A fun journey to develop your careers and employability skills in 12 sectors from challenges to build your knowledge through to real world application and interaction with businesses and organisations who could be your future employers. Suitable for children and young adults aged 8-24, including neurodivergent learners.
